Return, replacement and refund policy

Having new jewellery is special, and I want you to be happy with your purchases. I fully understand that there may be a time when you need to exchange or refund an item you have purchased from me. I’m happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided that the items tag has not been removed and it is returned to me within 14 days of receipt in its original condition, inside its original box with your sales receipt. Please check your purchases thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any packaging. Please ensure you get insurance and proof of posting when returning items. 

Unfortunately, I cannot offer an exchange or refund on items that have been personalised to your requirements (i.e.: engraved, finger size altered , bespoke design etc) unless faulty. All pierced jewellery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

If the jewellery is faulty or damaged on receipt, please send me a photo within 7 days using my contact page. I will then reply to you with a number and return instructions. All items returned as faulty will be carefully checked and assessed. On receipt of your returned item, I will refund or replace the item and refund your postage costs. Please remember to get insurance and proof of posting – if I don’t receive the item back, unfortunately I can’t replace or refund it. 

Once you’ve had the item for 14 days, I will assume you are happy with it and cannot accept any returns – with the exception of the Christmas and New year when I extend my returns period to 10th January for items purchased during November and December so that you have time to exchange Christmas presents if required. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation – if you need to cancel your order, please use my email or contact page to get in touch as soon as possible for a full refund. If the item is bespoke or personalised, there may be a 50% cancellation charge if the item is already in production. If I haven’t started making it, I am happy to refund in full. For this reason, the sooner you let me know the better.
